Where to begin?! Product not shipped, complaints ignored, broken promises!

On 5/12/10, I ordered a $60 gallon bottle of Defense soap from grapplersgym.com. I ordered from here because it had the best price. I should have known! On their website, it says they ship next day, and the product was not backordered. After 2 weeks of not receiving item, I used their onsite form to send them a question on if the item had been shipped. No reply. I then called their customer service phone number and no one answered. I left a message and again no reply. I then sent a rather pointed email and threatened to file a complaint against their company. I received an immediate response that they were very sorry, and had been busy with some emergency, and that my soap had been shipped. I was also told my credit card would be credited the entire amount of the sale. This was on May 28. Needless to say, I have not recieved product, my credit card was not credited, and once again, they will not answer my email complaints! Now I will be contacting my credit card and disputing the charges. Do not do business with!!!
