I ordered a Lazer Storm Vacuum cleaner 6/30/05. My credit card was also billed on that date. I never received my product and after several unsuccessful attempts to contact someone by phone, I finally got someone to answer the phone 9/14/05 who "Rudely" told me that my product would be shipped in 2-4 weeks.

Never received the product and again unsuccessfully tried to contact someone. Then on 11/11 I received an email that the product was in such demand, they would ship in 10-14 business days.

Still did not receive the product, so on 12/9/05, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I received an email that my account would be credited in 10-14 business days.

The credit did not occur and on 1/3/06, I emailed them and they emailed me back that they were sorry for the delay and my account would be credit in 10-21 business days. As of 2/2/06, my account has still not been credited.

This "so-called" company is a joke, the phone numbers they give out are false (all you get is busy signals), and I can't believe that Singer would put their name on such a product or company.
