I ordered a desk through this website on Feb. 10. I got an email saying that they were out of that specific color that I wanted and so I ordered a different color. They told me it would take 4 weeks to receive my order. I continued to check the status of my order through their website and it continued to say "processing" After 4 weeks, I called and they said they would look into it for me and reply. I received an email a very vague email saying that the product should be shipped out in the next week. I continued checking the website and it continued to say Processing. I called again and was sent an email that said the desk would be shipped out the last week of March. I thought this was odd and was angry. This morning I went to check the website again and there was a statement that says "Due to current economic conditions efurnituredeals.com was forced to close down. Please contact your credit card issuers." I tried contacting the customer service number and there was no answer. I googled the company and saw many complaints similar to mine. This desk was $615. I contacted my credit card company and it doesn't look good for me to receive a refund.in the meantime I have been having unauthorized charges posting to my account. I didn't know where it was coming from so canceled that card and requested a new one.in reviewing all of the complaints for efurnituredeals.com there were many people who had unauthorized charges posted as well after ordering through this company. Today, still no merchandise and out $615. There is no way for me to contact this business.
