Terrible service!

I simply named Maxline to-order a component to get a stringing equipment. I actually don't believe that I Have actually obtained as small aid from the merchant OR have I been handled as badly as I was from the individual addressing the telephone. I suppose this is just a one individual setup since I really could not obtain the "customer support" man to locate somebody that I really could keep in touch with that may comprehend my native-language (language, incidentally).
