Poor service, do not deliver product

Maxline / Eagnas doesn't follow their marketing. They didn't deliver stringing hold, overgrip move, poly strings using the bundle after I requested a stringing equipment. After I named about these items was informed these were on backorder and also the might contact or email. 3 months passed till I named to obtain an update. Was informed the same again and waited. 8 weeks later I requested to get a reimbursement and was rudely answered from the Victor. It appears he lacks profesionalism when coping with clients and managing a business. Don't cope with the corporation and spend a bit more to obtain greater support along with a greater solution. They're not worth the aggrevation and disappointment. Do your study and appear them up!!! I did so also it was only a little to delayed. Dont get from their website.
