Unable to cancel contract

My son lost his job and is not able to cancel his contract. I end up switching his billing to to my account to prevent adding fees that were already reaching over $500.00 in only two months. He got bill 65.00 95.00 165.00 and when I did the switch they still tell me that he owed 200 plus. Their business is always conducted by phone there is no personal interaction and in nowadays economy when must financial institutions are willing to deal with you they demonstrate to be unheart and unscrupuluos. Now I am stuck with my two sons (the contract under the unemplyed) and my (and wife) contract. They will not even honor a family discount or lower the monthly fee. I will make sure that anybody I know or have contact with does not get into this type of scam. I am have too much anger to continue.
