Treasure Hunter rip off artist and tirant while out at sea

Claims to be a christian and has honesty and will take your money and run. Extremly strange and unstable person that lacks any grip on reality. I recently worked for him onboard a ship in the Gulf on a project in the DR. He owes me money and refused to pay. He is setting up shareholders with false reports and is trying to make his treasure hunting project more than it is. He consistantly quotes from the bible and envokes the wrath of god and acts as if he is connected to the almighty. He is dangerous and very unstable and also doesnt pay his bills. When I asked for my money he said get in line!!!
