Ever since E-BAY and PAY-PAL joined forces, it has been white collar crime. I have proof that Pay-pal is overcharging on every item I sell. They insist that their billing cycle is monthly. How about 2 to 3 times a month. I believe that a vast majority of members are overpaying and losing big profits. I can't see how they get away with what they are doing. For example the last item I sold was an antique Fog Bell from the 1800's. It sold for $51 plus shipping and handling $32.52, Total bill $83.52. Paid through PAYPAL. From past sales on EBAY, I owed PAYPAL $116 which I refused to pay. I had to close my bank accountants and cancel credit card. So far that stopped them dead in their tracks. I requested to end my membership and after pages of questions, they refused to end my membership, stating that it was a new billing period and I would have to wait a month before my membership could be canceled.
