The individuals who run this gym are immature, unprofessional, and lacking in social skills. They do not understand the concept of customer service, nor do they care. They do not return phone calls or even attempt to answer questions when it comes to issues with billing.

They also do not provide classes that the average individual can work around. The gym is only open in the evenings, and even then your lucky if the instructor even shows up. When they do show up theres the issue of trying to figure out who is in charge of what. Also, be prepared for the gym to be closed with no notice, while you continue to pay for classes!

If your looking for a good MMA gym that offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, steer clear of Gracie Barra, and do your research before signing a contract! This gym is highly overpriced, encourages sandbagging in competitions, and is extremely lacking in customer service.
