Gracie Prod do not send out ordered goods won't give refund

I made several orders with Gracie Productions going back to May for cds and books. After a few weeks I would email the contact person Andrew Meadows who would repsond "i'll send it out" or "i'll get onto it". I received a few items but I would only get things when i emaileld him, and even then it took ages.

After several months of this i emailed one of the Vice Presidents - Dana Marshall who promised to get onto it immediately and informed me Meadows no longer worked there. Months of going back and forwards with her i was promised the items would be sent out or i'd be given a refund. I've spent probably a further 3-4 months of this with Marshall and am yet to receive a refund. I am owed $150 and they can't even provide me with a book which i preorederd from them!

Marshall hasn't responded to my last few emails and no refund has been forthcoming. I emailed the President (Anthony/Tony Butcher) and am yet to receive a response.

In the time stuffing aorund with this company which obviously thinks it's customers are shit I could have had a baby. Unfortunately i was too trusting initially when meadows told me he'd send out the items - i wish i had lodged a paypal dispute early on. Stay away from these scum
