Awful company

I recently transferred and therefore are currently living definately not the closest LA health club. I ended by before I shifted out to end my account. They explained I have to deliver them a completed type by email. Absurd. I published it our and delivered it. Per month later I noticed I'm still being billed. I called them. They stated "they've no report of my termination". How handy! I stuffed the shape again and delivered it like a certified email to truly have the evidence of me mailing and them receiving.

The costs continued. I shut my banking account, and today I'm receiving calls from LA Exercise requesting me to revise my bank account info. I mentioned I ended my account however for some cause it is still available.
