My spouse went in to the Lifetime Exercise in Houston to ask about membership fees.

She explained that she didn't wish to join since we were an associate of another membership and only needed prices. The salesman confirmed her the membership and got her all thrilled about joining and my spouse was getting confident.

My spouse told the salesman that she desired to join but might delay till she'd ended her account using the different membership. The salesman then LIED to my spouse and informed her when she registered that evening, she'd not be billed something for just one month (the quantity of notice we had a need to provide the additional fitness center) and he or she could be provided use of the club instantly.

She was guaranteed that nothing would be billed to her consideration till following the one month trial account. Also great to become accurate... Definitely.

They'd incurred her charge card instantly. Whenever we found this we really annoyed since the salesman fooled my spouse.

We returned 24 hours later and ended our account and required a return. The supervisor assured us that their salesmen don't intentionally deceive people which the reimbursement could be published to her consideration in a few (which typically presents a little quantity) of times.

Well, it's been over per month and we named the organization workplace. They've an archive of our termination but know-nothing of our reimbursement. We named and quit a note at our nearby Lifetime Exercise but can't-get your hands on anybody who are able to give us a return.
