Cancelling membership

Our child registered to get a account while attending Shasta College. She ended her account due to leg surgery and shifting from the service. She was informed to create a notice to stop which she did. Which was in December. Since that time we've been calling each month to determine why it has not been ended. They express they didnt get the notice and they dont recall speaking with us. Her account was set-to automated payment. DONT DO THAT! It's extremely difficult to stop the account without arguing the costs. I inquired when they had a fax to resend the notice plus they mentioned it had been just for gym to gym they couldn't make use of a fax. Additionally requested about emailiing me a termination notice plus they stated they couldnt do this both. These were designed to deliver me a termination within the email that we am still awaiting. That is absurd. A company that's several places not working with daily office equipment. Don't make use of this service!
