I've a deal together to get a gym named Membership Exercise in Charlotte, NC. The agreement plainly says when i move-out of Condition, my agreement is likely to be ended. I approached Nationwide Exercise and requested them precisely what they required as evidence. They explained to deliver a duplicate of current statement or bank record demonstrating my fresh, outofstate address. I delivered this CERTIFIED EMAIL and received evidence that it had been authorized for and shipped on 6/16 (fourteen days ago). They've not just declined to prevent the regular debits, but flatly refuse they received my paperwork even though that I've evidence they did receive it! They explained to, "Deliver it again" that will be very incredible... I flaty declined to resend when I am very certain the same may happen again. I've named many times and voiced having a Supervisor (Chelsea) who had been totally useless... I'm along the way of keeping a lawyer to safeguard my customer rights.
