I'd attempted to contact and stop my account in May, but was informed that I really could not stop it till May 18th. I visited stop the account on May 31st. I'd togo "personally" to stop. For this reason it got me to May 31st to stop - when I possess a busy routine at the office and journey. After I closed the shape to stop the girl in the table explained that I skipped the contract which I'd be charged $39.99 for next year's restoration price. She stated she did not find a way to renounce the charge and provided the choice to contact the store-manager on July 1st (Mon). I simply got off the telephone using the supervisor who explained that I have to study my agreement since it states that I had a need to stop by May 25 to be able to you shouldn't be charged. I told him obviously I believed any rational individual by having an ounce of ethics might renounce that charge since it is incorrect. He agreed to possess the area supervisor contact me.
