Scammed into a 3yr contract

I visited the Simple, Texas Bally's Complete Exercise in September. I registered to get a every month agreement cause i currently had a 24hr Fitness account but that service was a significant methods from me. Therefore after 2 weeks i chose to stop the Ballyis simply because they shut at 9pm and that I usually didnt get home til after 9pm at that time, and so I wound up at 24hr exercise all of the time and maintaining it was a waste. Then when I named they explained i couldnt stop becasue I had been under a-3 year agreement. The salesperson at Bally's lied in my experience and explained that I had been on the every month and may stop anytime. I've been experiencing them for that previous couple of years looking to get this from my credit. To date nothing has improved. Does anybody know who I really could contact to place an end for this.
