Personal Training Scam

I registered to get a memebership at WOW in-Wall NJ and was created aware that it had been a-12 month agreement that we was good with. I had been subsequently put up having a exercise assement in the MenloPark Mall WOW with Alex (fitness expert). He explained about buying some workout sessions with him for $200 original charge. He explained that I really could stop anytime and that I must give it a try. Easily didn't stop it'll be charged monthly. I bought 8 periods for $437 after which attempted to stop. I had been subsequently told I had been secured in to a 12-month agreement that was never told me whatsoever. I met with Kelly (supervisor of the Rehabilitation department) and Alex on 7/13 at 5pm. She decided to stop the account and reimbursement the $437. Alex accepted we never went within the agreement which we did not. Since then I've been billed one more $200 on 7/15. I've not utilized the periods due to the proven fact that personally I think dupped into a deal I never desired. No body described some of this after I registered with Alex. Don't move below it's fraud and you'll never obtain a reimbursement despite the fact that they lay for you concerning the periods. I see lots of grievances all of US have to contact the BBB about that questionable organization and there methods.
