Cancelled contract and banned players parents due to hearsay

Cancelled contract based on hearsay from other customer. Was unable to continue with service.
In Feb my daughter participated in a program with San ANtonio Classics. At a tournament another player lied and made false accusations along with her mom that were untrue. Thus resulting in us being banned from the program. We were informed our daughter could stay but that was a cover up to avoid a law suit. Nevertheless it was a hostile environment and we feared for our daughters safety. The mother of the girl that made the accusations verbally attacked me and threatened to physically assault me. There were witnesses. Donna Goodwyn Johnson is friends with the lady (Dr. Tamara Garcia DDS -San antonio) that made the verbal threats.
When we approached her she said we violated the contract which was not true. The other mother infact did violate the contract however Donna denied that even with various witnesses. Due to the fact that we exposed Donna to her embezzeling of funds she felt we were a risk and liabilty and forbid us to attend practices and tournaments.

After obtaining information from other parties that have dealt directly with this organization I was informed that I am not the only person that this has happened to.
She claims non profit 501 c 3 status but does not display this as public information. Therefore as she does not pay all of her coaches since Tom and Dion both told me they were not paid and volunteer I request to know who recevied my coaches fees that were a part of the so called dues.

In addition I found out that there was not a gym rental made to the recreation center it was a one time donation and that the other places where scrimmages were held were paid by the host team in addition the number of times we had practices at a paid facility does not equal out to what was paid.
The dues she charged does not even out to what was actually paid. I have done indepth research about this club and found out that there are prior coaches that also are waiting for salaries from Donna.in addition after contacting various clubs throughout the state we were informed that dues are based on 10 players, we had 12 and there were a couple girls thats parents made comments that they could not afford to pay the entire amount. Therefore our $1800 went to pay for scholarship players with out our knowledge. Various directors and Coaches through the region have also claimed that this lady is a fraud and rips parents off right and left..
Buyer beware.

We asked for a reimbursement since our daughter could not continue with the program we have asked for a copy of the contract which has not been issued to this day. Her secretary reads emails but does not respond. We are entitled to a reimbursement since we could not take our daughter to practice therefore she could not continue with the program. We have filed with the BBB as well.
