They took around $400.00 cash for a rim to be painted and returned within 2 weeks

They took the cash for my sons birthday present in early march. We paid around $400.00 in advance for the rim to be painted and returned within 2 weeks. Its been about 1 1/2 months and we have heard every excuse in the book. We have been told tomorrow numerous times. The painter ran out of paint. The painter painted it wrong. Ill have it in three days etc. Etc etc.
We currently have no answer still. The owner isnt available. No manager here.
If and when i get the rim for my son i fully expect some sort of compensation such as a new tire or more.
As it stands this company will never see another nickel out of this very dissatisfied customer!!!
