Did not get my bike

I acquired a bicycle from us pocketbikes however it didn't function, and so i named and was told to send it back but i'd have to cover the shipping which was $71.44 it had been sent back to them on dec. 1 and that i still haven't got my bike and noone pickis up the telephone for me personally, or our emails i'd similar to my bicycle befor x mas
