Lakeshore Marina
Extremely POOR customer care, POOR management, UNRELIABLE

I'm sssooooooooo glad to find someone has started to get the word out on these jokers! Not only do they have piss poor customer service (all aspects of the place are a joke! Service, marina staff... Especially the management! Geez!), but for the last several weeks they've had NO gas! Those unfortunate enough to be slipped there have to go to other marinas in the area to buy gas!

From what i've been told from those around the marina, either they haven't paid the supplier for the gas they've gotten and have been cut off (i was told by a marina staff member back in the summer that they were on a cash only basis with most of their vendors because their credit was ssoooooo bad, so this would make sense.), OR they have a severe leak in the tanks, and the EPA shut the fuel dock down, and they can't afford to have the tanks/leaks fixed. Either way, whichever is the case, they POOR management of this marina is causing a LOT of the clients to get to the point of leaving!

I could go on and on about how bad this place is, but i think the previous post, as well as this one, should give anyone considering this place as an establishment to do business with a second thought. If you don't believe me, drop by the marina when they're people around, and just walk the docks (which are totally unsecured, by the way), and ask the current residents there what they think of the place. 8 out of 10 will tell you to run.

Oh, and another thing i've rencently discovered. They show a BBB (better business bureau) logo in their ad in the local phone book, which leads unsuspecting people to think they're BBB members. They're NOT. Just call the BBB and they'll tell you they're not members.

If i knew then, what i know now, about this place... How it's run, the quality of the services and a lot of the clients, i would have NEVER have bought my boat from this place, much less kept it there. They've even gone through different management in the last year or so, and it's only gotten worse. And this clown that's there now is nothing more than a bad used car salesman who happens to deal in boats rather than cars.

This is the cheapest marina on the lake, and from the quality of marina it's turned out to be, i can see why. As soon as i get a raise (hopefully next month) and can afford to go elsewhere, i will be out of there so fast it will make their heads spin!

This is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE marina!
