What a ripoff Minnesota

I ordered snares in mid November. They never arrived. I called and sent email after email. However their website says they are too busy to read emails or listen to messages. Finally I made a claim with Paypal. The guy DID refund my money but sent a message along with it: "Fu^& you". All I wanted was my snares but this was over the top. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for your trapping needs.
