Service Manager is trying to trap my boat in the marina

This marina has a working travel lift I need to use to put my boat on a trailer to have it moved. Mike Wallace makes numerous excuses about why he cannot safely haul out my boat and refuses to help. So my boat is stuck in the marina and I am forced to continue to make monthly slip payments. He has also threatend to ban any mover that I might hire to move my boat from all the Lacy Harber marinas. This place is bad business stay away or you will be trapped.
