Ordered items, paid via credit card, poor or no communication, items not received

I ordered a number of items on December 7th. I had a question about one of the items and never received a reply to it after numerous emails and phone calls to Jennifer Greer. I also never received a time estimate for delivery after asking numerous times. The website and email are down (for the second time — the first time I inquired whether she was still in business and she told me she was and that the website/email were being upgraded and they did temporarily come back up). I can't seem to get anywhere with this company no matter how much I try so I have given up and assume that no items will ever be received. Hard to understand why anyone would conduct themselves this way.
