Order placed via Website but no further contact from the company despite many e-mails

Placed an order on the 29th May for an Original Caddyrack bag via the website. I am in the UK and sent an e-mail first to John Drinkwater at Caddrack, checking they could ship to the UK.

John Drinkwater sent a reply stating yes they could ship to the UK so I placed my order. My order was confirmed by order number 265370232 by automatic e-mail.

My father has a Caddyrack bag already and I ordered this new one for his 70th Birthday so I know the product and presumed they were a well know company. There are a number of positive testimonials on the website.

Since I placed my order I have sent over 10 e-mails asking when my order will be shipped, have they processed my order, how much is the shipping cost but I've heard nothing since I placed my order.

I've tried to call but the number is not working. Is this company still in business? Can anyone help me who know this company?
