They have refused to credit a refund that is due

I purchased an elliptical trainer in mid September and the website stated delivery would be in a week's time.

I sent out emails requesting information on whether they had the item in stock or not, and got only an automated reply. The phones were always not working and they "were working on repairing them".

After I cancelled my order, I expected my account to be credited by to date, they have not refunded my money nor have I gotten a response from them.

Don't ever ever buy from these people, they are fraudulent.
