If you make a legitimate complaint to Club Fitness Rehoboth Beach they just cancel your membership and keep the money and say "too bad"

I complained several times about the very dirty floor in the exercise class room - never got a response - then I complained on their FaceBook page after I drove to the club for a yoga class, waited 20 mins with 15 others before someone came in to tell us there would be no class. For complaining the owner cancelled my membership, keeping my money - and when I told him I thought that was unfair he said "too bad" Beware of club fitness!!! They are dirty and a rip-off!
