They refused to pay my money back

I made an online purchase for an elliptical trainer on 9/18/07 and according to their website the item was to be delivered in a week's time.

After sending e-mails regarding my account and getting no response, I cancelled my order and requested a refund.

To date, they have not refunded my money and they refuse to respond to my emails regarding this refund.
