Never recieved Bowflex I ordered for $709.00 almost 6 months ago and they won't give money back Ripoff

On Feb 28th I ordered a Bowflex XLT from a website called www.maxxfitnessdiscounts.com and they never sent me a tracking number nor the equipment. Before placing the order I asked if the item was new or remanufatured. They assured me by email that the Bowflex was new and was in stock. After placing the order they told me that the item was not in stock at the time I placed the order and even though I already paid through Paypal they would provide me with free shipping. They told me that they would send me a tracking number as soon as the order was shipped. I waited a few days which was a mistake because it gave them time to close their Paypal account. They would not respond to any emails for almost two months after that. During so I tried many times to call their phone number listed on their website, but it was not in service nor does it work til this day! I attempted to dispute the transaction through Paypal, but they could not refund my money because they closed their account.

During the couple months of not hearing a word I done as much investigation as I could. Their IP address was listed under the City of Emeryville, CA. I had read several different scam reports about websites that used the same IP address, address, and zip code.

I kept checking their website almost every day until one day I typed in their address www.maxxfitnessdiscounts.com and another site popped up instead called www.wholesalemaxx.com! Immidiately I noticed the resemblance, except this website had more products plus they had a feature called "live helper." I decided to click on the live helper icon and lo and behold the name Susan appeared which was one of the names used during the initial emails sent from maxxfitnessdiscounts. I told her my situation and she explained that their website had been down and they were not able to recieve any emails for almost 2 months and that if I sent her the paypal transaction she would refund my money. As soon as I left the live helper feature I emailed them the transactions through paypal and didn't hear from them for about another 3 weeks. During this time I tried several times to use their Live Helper feature and it wouldn't work. They also listed a new 1-800 number which didn't work along with their other phone number. On their new website they listed that they took orders through Paypal as well so I decided to see if I could come up with their new paypal ID. After placing items in the shopping cart feature and going through the checkout procedure at the end it actually told me their new paypal user ID. It was RCAALLE. Again I contacted paypal and put in a request for this user to send me the $709.00 owed to me, but they were not able to succeed.

I have never given up trying to get my money back til this day. Finally after telling them I was turning them over to the FBI a person called "BORIS" contacted me and emailed me yet another Bogus phone number and told me to give it to my agent. BORIS is the main name used under this scam operation. Every email I send him, including the Paypal transactions he has denied saying I'm some crazy person trying to scam them. At first he told me the check was in the mail and to leave him alone. Then about 2 weeks later he said he had proof I had cashed it and to quit trying to scam him. Immediately after he apologized and said he thought I was someone else and to give him my Paypal address and he would go ahead and refund it through there. Of course it didn't happen either. The latest email I sent to him was an attatchment of most of the emails sent from the very beginning including the Paypal transaction again. He emailed be back saying why should he be nice to me because I reported him to the FBI. That's where we stand now. Almost 6 months and still nothing but a lot of lost sleep.

P.S. I check both of their websites daily and they are mostly always changing the www.wholesalemaxxx.com website in many different ways to try to lure in their victims. Anyone ever ripped off by these scam artists feel free to email me and I will be glad to give you anymore information that I have obtained.
