Bustblaster.com ripoff company will not refund despite offering a no questions asked refund on website

I decided after an evaluation of the product that I didn't think I would like to keep it. The company's website states that they offer a 30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. The company then said they would issue a refund upon receipt of the merchandise and an inspection. Next, they decided to ask me why I was returning it (despite their no questions asked policy). I told them I didn't use it often and here is a portion of their email reply:

This is the very first time that someone has ever asked our company for a refund on the BustBlaster because they "didn't use it often."
The determination of our staff is that your reason for refund is not acceptable.
We place a high value on ethics and we presume our clients do as well.

So, in effect I am being penalized for being honest. I could have said It Sucks', which it does. I can get a better workout with my free weights in my opinion. This company has false and misleading advertising. If they are going to change their minds about a refund once you give a reason for return they should say so AND they are the ones being unethical by not refunding after saying they would do so in a previous email.

Don't purchase anything from this company, you can get a better workout by using weights or other machines.
