Only agreed to refund $59.95 of original charge to credit card of $229.95, excuse given, "produce not returned in timely manner". Couldn't return used portion therefore no 100% refund. Had to try product to see if it worked, which it didn't and reported to company with request for refund. Promised to refund portion of charge. Promised to refund over 30 days ago... Still no refund.
