Ripoff does not honor refund policy

After I received the kit, I noticed that I was billed twice. I sent an email and the first charge was quickly removed. I however was not impressed with the credit fix kit and asked for a refund via email. I received no answer. I tried multiply times to contact them through email, because no phone number is provided, and never received a response.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau in San Diego and the BBB contacted creditfix911.com who chose to not issue a refund.

I am very disappointed by creditfix911.com for not honoring its refund policy and I hope that others will read this before ordering from this company.
