Ripoff incompetent dangerous dishonest thieves

Memberships purchased for mother and daughter on 6/5/05 for $400.00 to expire in 6/5/06.

Pool immediately closed down for "rennovations." Members were promised rennovations would last no longer than three weeks. (7/1/05.)

Pool did not reopen until 9/1/05.
Pool refused to refund memberships.

Pool was extremely dangerous. No lifeguard or resuscitation equipment or trained persons. Chlorine fumes. Extremely slippery conditions.
All of this reported to management 9/1/05.
Pool refused to refund memberships.

Pool refused entry and revoked membership to/of the daughter 10/20/05 on the grounds that health department suddenly and allegedly forbade entry to minors. Pool refused to refund money for daughter's membership.

Efforts to recover membership fees ongoing.
