Poor workmanship* - pool

Paid POOL FX, 4200.00 for 24 ft above ground pool and installation. I paid 330.00 for water to fill pool not included in install price. The entire pool floor has large foot print shaped lumps and sand is lumped up on one side of bottom of pool so 11 (ELEVEN) feet x 3 to 4 inches of the liner under rim above the water line in this area is not flush with structure wall. Pool Fx offered to fix liner once water, (13,000 Gallons) was drained. Pool FX offered to pay for half the water. Offer was refused. Went to small claims court and the judge dismissed the case because I did not have 2 written estimates for reinstallation from other companies even though she said she could see an issue with the pool liner in the pictures presented. ServiceMagic.com the company that recommended Pool FX sent me 400.00 for the inconvenience. Pool Fx should have pd for all the water to refill since it was not installed properly the first time. Will not recommend
