Ripoff improperly installed inground pool St Matthews

Paid deposit 4 initial installation supposed to be 5/23. Promised pool by 6, pool not in until 7. Heater burned up and not replaced in 8,
not correctly installed. 5 cracks and rippling in bootom of pool. Multiple cracks in cement around pool. Promised complete refund and pool out by 12/05 by owner.

Pool is still inground, no refund received yet
