Ripoff failure to deliver, failure to respond, complete lack of customer service, dishonest business practices

This all started when I placed an order on 8/2 for a scope mount receiver cover and a muzzle brake thread adapter totaling 58.95 (Including the 3% adjustment charge for using a credit/debit card). I believe now the adjustment charge is because they have to use pay pal or some other means to charge cards with all the desputes they have had.

Being used to receiving my internet orders in no more that two weeks, I started to get a little nervous around 8/16. I decided to email them to inquire as to the status of my order (#10665). After two or three days there was no reply. So, again I emailed them with the exact same inquiry. Two or three days and again no reply. I decided to send a third email with a few more words to express not only the seriousness of my attitude, but also my disgust for the disregard for my other emails and the lack of a phone number on there website for customer service. Again I recieved no reply.

After the these three emails I decided to hit the web in search of a phone number to contact them. That is when I first discovered this site and the dozens of complaints against Florida Gun Works. With my new found information on the long history of customer abuse and constant lies to stall desputes on card charges, I slammed there phone and recieved not one answer on dozens of phone calls. I tried one last email and titled it "FINAL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT", in the email I theatened to post a report on this site, along with all the forums I could find, and to despute the charges. I also threatened to drive there and meet them in person if I had to, and still will if need be. I finally received a reply on this email, where they told me they have been experiencing email server problems (impossible because they have and AOL email account), and that is why I have had no previous replies and they would tell me, no later than the afternoon of the next day, the status of my order.

That day would have been 8/23, it was the deadline I gave them to confirm delivery or at least appraise me of the status. This was also the end of the 1-3 weeks for delivery promised on my order form. That day passed with no email, no phone call, nothing.

As of now 8/24 I have sent 4 emails with one reply, and 20 or so phone calls, with many I left messages, with no answer, and no call back. The answering machine is now full on that number (305-207-7100), so the abillity to leave messages is gone (not that it matters much).
