Charged cc for order NOT shipped, no confirmation # given for order, no replies to dozens of emails requesting shipping date of products ripoff

Placed order online for $189.37 on 10/22/06.
Immediately received 'receipt' email from HASSAN EL MOUSSAWI, with return address gateway@linkpt.net, which is a known scam email address.

I returned to my online 'account' to find contact info, found only an email address - bestnutritions@bestnutritions.com and emailed to find out when order would ship.

Two days go by and no reply. I went to website and sent numerous emails via online store, no reply, sent numerous emails to the contact email on the best nutritions site, no reply.cc charged the second I placed order. Called CC company on 10/27/06 to dispute. They provided me with company phone # (not available on their site) 323-574-8575. I called it, not in service.
