Dishonest business Ripoff Terrible customer service

Wish I had known about this web site before I ordered from Best Buy Golf Supply. I ordered from them a set of iron heads 2-pw and ferrules. When I received the order one of the heads wasn't included nor was the ferrules. I called several times to enquire but all I kept getting was an answering machine telling me they were busy with another customer. I then started sending emails but none has ever been returned. Ironically they immediately responded to my email a week earlier when I asked if they received by order.

To make matters worse they inflated the shipping weight by 3X on the invoice to justify me paying 2X the shipping cost so they could milk me out of a little more profit in the process. Avoid this company like the plague. This was the first and last time I will ever do business with this company.
