On August 25th I placed an internet order with Best Buy Golf supply for a 9wood and an 11 wood turbo power steel golf clubs. I received an email order confirmation stating they recieved my order. The cost was $76.00 and because I was anxious to get my order I paid an extra $ 46.90 for shipping. It is now September 16 this company which guarantees stress free shipping and 3 to seven day delivery has not contacted me by email as promised with a tracking number. They do not answer the phone and have not responded to my email request for someone to contact me. I have noticed that I am not the only one who is complaining about this company unfortunately I found these reviews after ordering these clubs.

I writing this because this kind of unethical and unprofessional business should not be allowed to get away with this. Be for warned the only guarantee this company can make is that they'll rip you off and then hide behind a fortress of unanswered emails and phone calls. DON"T BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY BEST BUY GOLF IS BEST AVOIDED!!!
