I attempted three e-mails and two phone calls. The e-mails were never returned (I received a communication confirmation that it was opened) and my phone calls were responded to in a less than polited fasshion. Listed are the details of my order. This detail was included in each e-mail that was not responded to. (order 627)

1) Shipping on my order was stated via e-mail at $40.50 The weight on the package was 4 lbs. I checked the shipping charges using the UPS computer at my place of work and it came out to $3.77. I would assume that you are using a per piece system to calculate shipping. (I ordered numerous ferrrules) I asked that these charges be reviewed, and let me know? -NO response. I had spoken to a gentleman in the sales dept. The day after I placed the internet order, because I thought all orders over $100 were not charged shipping. He said that it was only on Assembled components but he would "help me out" I was not given a firm amount. When I called back on the 27th I talked to a gentleman in customer service who said he couldn't see the detail of the sale but would ask Sarah to give me a call "today or tomorrow". I did not receive a call from Sarah so I sent an e-mail with this detail.

2) I had ordered two T7 driver heads, but received one T7, and one power play Q. I talked to the customer I am building the club for, and he was OK with the change. Unfortunately the T7 titanium did not come with: "weight package containing 2 extra weights for optimizing trajectory and direction. Also included with each head and weight package is a tool that is used to remove and insert weights." I do need these items to complete the job it was promised for. Without the weights the head does me no good

3) Per instructions in a previous e-mail I order two additional iron heads to add to a set of irons I had built earlier this year. During the call I made to the Sales dept. The day after I had place the internet order, the gentleman stated that it had been done correctly, and the order would be filled. I have added the text below. I need to know the status of these items (sold out. Back order etc.) so I can inform my customer.
