Andrew Polansky Deceptive Billing Practices

They claimed they couldn't take out the 2-$10 membership fees after the first month. Without notifying me, they charged a $10 service fee. They did this for THREE MONTHS before sending me a bill for $103 each for myself and my son. When I called, the young lady at the store was flippant and said the manager, Andrew Polanski, wasn't there on weekends. Ask why they didn't notify me earlier, she said that they had over 1 million members and couldn't contact everyone about every little detail.
