It's been weeks and still no refund

I ordered 3 bras received 2 and was told I would receive a refund by mail. This has not happened as of 3 weeks. Why a refund by mail and not credited back to the credit card I used to purchase? I won't make this mistake again. This is a case of you don't get what you pay for. How does this company stay in business?
