On-line return has taken over a month to receive refund. - ladies clothing - gold metellic jeans

I ordered two pair of pants from Lord & Taylor 's on 1/7 for my birthday. When I received them they did not fit so I returned them the next day. After waiting a week I noticed my credit card had not been credited, so I called the CSR. CSR stated it would take 2-3 weeks before I would receive my refund.interesting since it didn't take that long for them to take it from my card. But funny the same day I called I received an email stating my refund would be back on my card the next day. That never happened. Foour days later I received a gift card in the mail for my refund. Wtf... I didn't ask for a gift card and instructed them to credit the credit card used for the purchase. Plus they're trying to charge me taxes on my return, which makes no sense. Long story short I've now been told I have to wait another week or two before someone reveiws my case. All I want is for them to credit my credit card for the purchase I returned over a month ago. I will never shop L & T again. (Dont buy online, the service is ridiculous, and they will not let you speak to a manger or supervisor)
