I am a local contractor in a small town. I receive a phone call one day from Theresa Bradner who along with her husband Chris Bradner own a Maintenance company called CPM Solutions, LLC in Howell, MI 48843. They represent another company called Nationwide Fixtures.

They called to because they wanted me to set up a Dyson Vacuum display inside of a Fred Meyer Store. I was called on 11-16 on a Thursday. Exactly one week before Thanksgiving. The job entailed my company setting up a Dyson display inside Fred Meyer. It was laid out with little information from the owner Theresa.

Now my company usually does not work with 3rd party Maintenance companies, just due to the lack of getting paid. There is a little saying in this business The bigger the Company the harder it is to get paid!" Theresa was very nice and just minimized the job as simple and no more than 2 hours! She said she would pay $120 to complete.
