This person is a huge liar, very smooth talker, B.S. Artist and slick to the end. He claims to own a financial planning company, but that company is a scam. He claimed to be moving to Jacksonville Florida in September with his son Ron Jr, and they needed a corporate apartment for their relocation residence. He owes me $9,500 in unpaid rent and damages, from his squatting for 3 months. His initial deposit and payment were made from a credit card that he forged, I found this out months later when the true owner of the card called me for misuse. Do not rent to or do business with this person, he is a bad situation and will lie to you and never pay!
