Misrepresented themselves as yp.com

This company is a scam they represent themselves as yp.com and they are NOT.
We were told that over the phone that they are affiliated with yp.com and all yellowpages advertising and come to find out they are not. They call me now saying that my company now owes them $599.95 for 2 years of advertising, and we are going to be sent to collections. This company is a scam and will never see a penny from my company and we have contacted the states attoney general about thier deceptive practices. DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!!!
