Telemarketers scam, scam

I first received a call from a person stating that they are calling from Yellow pages and to verify the business name and address and said "Yes" to the information that she had. She asked if i wanted to cancel the service with them and if i cancel that i will be charged a $599.95 for 2 years. I asked her for what??? She claimed that we had agree to advertise with them 2 years ago. We never agreed on this and we didn't receive any contract.

Few weeks later i received a call from them for a past due invoice, when i argued with her that we had never agreed on the advertising. She replayed my an edited recording of me saying YES. But i had said YES to cancel the service that we had never requested. But she did not replay the part where i asked her about the invoices. Never say yes. I have been receiving invoices only after the call and now collection notices. Be careful with this company!!!
