Phone scam! Internet

I received a call from a person stating that they are calling from Yellow pages and to verify the business name and address she had. She asked if i wanted to cancel the service with them and if i cancel that i will be charged a $599.95
for 2 years. I told her we don't pay for advertising especially from some no name website and she claimed that we had agree to advertise with them 2 years ago. OF course we never agreed on this and we didn't receive any contract. I asked to talk to a manager and he went through the same B/S line. Please if anybody can tell me where they operate out of I would really appreciate it!
They indicated that they would be sending me an invoice and that we had to pay it.
