Horrible company. They verbally approve you for a commercial loan after they review a lot of financial documents. They tell you they need $9,000 for the appraisal and the loan fee. Loan to be funded within 3 weeks. Communication almost stops when they get the money, however they continue to ask for more documents. No appraisal is ever ordered. Next thing you know, I am not approved any more and not only will they not return the $9,000 they want an additional $40,000 for their efforts.
There needs to be a combined lawsuit to stop this company.
