Most difficult customer service I have come across. Lady at other end was hard to understand and was on a poor connection.

Took 45 minutes to make a payment of $40 using credit card because they said they needed security codes. After explaining that we had no securit code, the agreed to take money to re-activate phone and promised to have it working within an hour. This required me to ask to speak with a supervisor who was somewhat knowlegeable. The original customer service lady could not give clear explanations of any questions I had, could only repeat "canned phrases".

Next day, same thing, bad connection, lady with accent and very hard to understand. Asked why phone was not working and she kept asking for security codes. She would not even verify if the phone service was paid for. Asked for supervisor who had much better connection and waited about 4 minutes.

Gentleman essentially said without the proper name of person on the account he could not do anything. His info did not agree with name on the paperwork which I had in front of me. Asked him then to refund the money they accepted and again got the runaround. Promised to transfer to payment department and actually got to the "hme" number where I gave up as I had to start all over again.

Bottom lines, Very poor service agents who cannot answer simple questions, very poor connections (there was a several second delay between questions and responses indicating a satellite connection). Accepted a credit card payment and then gave runaround as to getting it refunded.

Their phone service may be cheap, but other providers can do as well with much better service. Their service is much to much for the elderly gentleman I was speaking for to navigate. Try another company.
